The
TECHNICIAN APPRENTICE PROGRAM
Thermo-Tech
Inc. offers the most comprehensive certification program for Technicians
of Medical Thermology. You will be trained on state-of-the-art equipment
and up-to-date technology to make you a leader in your field.
The Apprentice Program takes place at our model
clinic, Optimum Health Clinic Inc. in Marin County, California.
The program includes a two-week on site training, at least twenty
hours of hands-on patient skills, ten hours of clinic training on
telephones; computer skills, as well as four-hours of class time.
Program
Includes:
Hands
on use of state-of-the-art infrared camera and diagnostic program,
complete with Training Manual for Technician of Medical Thermology.
Standard of practice for the facility as well as the procedures
for acquiring quality images for diagnosis which includes; breasts,
full body lymphatic system, jaw study, cardio-vascular study, thyroid
and posterior spinal study.
Technician
will learn the following telephone skills: how to answer patient
questions, how to book, reschedule, and send out reminder cards.
Technician will also be trained on an interactive database for tracking
patients for research; includes comprehensive intake and patient
history.
Technician
must attend a four-hour class, which includes: understanding the
interpretation of technical terminology of written Thermology reports;
also comprehensive protocols for abnormal readings. This will benefit
the technician’s success in communication with patients.
